A few details to help you find the right fit.
Pick by the question you are trying to answer. Pro ($19/mo) is for solo developers researching the market: watchlists, keyword research and a limited Concept Validator. Analytics ($99/mo) is about your own game: retention, monetization, audience and ad performance. Market Intelligence ($149/mo) is about finding the next opportunity: Opportunity Map, forecasts, Clone Detection and the full Concept Validator. Analytics and Market Intelligence are two different products rather than steps on a ladder. Studio combines both, adds live operations tools and covers a team.
No. The market tools work on public data for every Roblox experience we track, so you can research ideas before you have shipped anything. Connecting a game unlocks the private analytics for it: retention, monetization, audience and performance.
You connect through Roblox Open Cloud, the official Roblox API, using a key you create in the Creator Dashboard. You choose its permissions and can revoke it there at any time. Keys are stored encrypted. A key that can change anything in your experience is kept separate from one that only reads analytics, and a change is never made with a read key.
No. The analytics from your connected game stay inside your workspace and are visible only to your team. Other developers see the same public information anyone can already see on Roblox, such as player counts and visits.
Market data comes from Roblox’s public APIs, collected continuously for every experience we track. Your own game’s analytics come from Roblox Open Cloud and, if you install it, the ROLearn SDK. Forecasts are tested against what actually happened, and a model is only used once it beats a simple baseline on data it has never seen.
