Accessibility Statement

LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 2026

We want ROLearn to work for everyone. This statement explains our approach to accessibility, the standard we are working toward, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

1. Our commitment

ROLearn is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. WCAG 2.2 AA builds on WCAG 2.1 AA, the level referenced by the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 used under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). This statement describes our current state and does not claim full conformance with either.

2. Measures we take

Steps we take to keep the platform accessible include:

  • Building interfaces with semantic HTML and descriptive labels for form fields and controls.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images, and marking decorative images so assistive technology can skip them.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
  • Choosing colour combinations with readable contrast, in both light and dark themes.
  • Considering accessibility as part of building and changing the product.

3. Known limitations

ROLearn is under active development, and some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA — for example, certain data visualisations and older interface components. We are progressively identifying and addressing these. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (below) and we will prioritise a fix.

4. Report a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of ROLearn, or you need information in a different format, contact us at [email protected]. It helps if you can tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can reproduce and fix the issue.

5. How we respond

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to resolve the issue, or provide a workaround, as quickly as we reasonably can. Your feedback helps us improve the platform for everyone.
