Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026
By using RoLearn, you agree to these terms. RoLearn provides market intelligence powered by publicly available data and machine learning. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Enterprise and SDK customers are subject to additional terms and a Data Processing Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RoLearn ("the Service"), and by checking the acceptance box at registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RoLearn is a SaaS platform providing predictive market intelligence for Roblox and multi-platform game developers and brands, including trend detection, breakout prediction, genre opportunity analysis, CCU forecasting, revenue estimation, a brand workspace, and the RoLearn Multiplatform SDK for game telemetry. Features are powered by machine-learning models and publicly available data.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute data in bulk
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our machine-learning models or algorithms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns or documented API limits
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or any third-party platform terms (including Roblox), while using the Service
Users of the RoLearn mobile app must also comply with the Community Standards in Section 5.
5. User-Generated Content & Community Standards
The RoLearn mobile app includes features that allow users to post game ideas, send direct messages, and maintain public profiles ("User-Generated Content"). RoLearn enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
5.1 Prohibited Content
You may not post, send, or share any content that:
- Contains hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
- Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or stalks any person;
- Contains explicit sexual material, nudity, or pornography;
- Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
- Impersonates another person, developer, studio, or brand;
- Contains spam, misleading claims, or unsolicited advertising;
- Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
5.2 Prohibited Behavior
You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or endanger other users, including sending unwanted messages, repeatedly contacting users who have indicated they do not wish to be contacted, or organizing harassment.
5.3 Reporting and Blocking
Every message and posted idea includes a Report action; every profile and message thread includes a Block action that immediately removes that user's content from your feed, inbox, and threads. Reports and blocks are reviewed by the RoLearn team.
5.4 Enforcement
RoLearn aims to review reports within 24 hours of submission. Violating content is removed, and users who engage in prohibited behavior may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund. Repeat or severe violations result in a permanent ban.
5.5 No Warranty on User Content
RoLearn does not endorse and is not responsible for content posted by other users. You interact with other users at your own risk.
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
RoLearn offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select. You may cancel any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.
7. Enterprise & SDK Customers
If you use the RoLearn Multiplatform SDK or an Enterprise/Brand workspace, additional terms apply, including our Enterprise & SDK Terms and, where RoLearn processes player or other personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents (including parental consent for minors) before sending player data to RoLearn.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including design, code, ML models, and analytics — are owned by RoLearn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.
9. Data & Predictions Disclaimer
RoLearn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. All Roblox-related data is obtained from publicly available APIs. Predictions, forecasts, and revenue estimates are generated by machine-learning models and rule-based engines and must not be treated as financial advice, guarantees, or absolute truths. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our full Disclaimer.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoLearn and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User-Generated Content, your violation of these terms or applicable law, or — for Enterprise/SDK customers — your failure to obtain any consents or rights required for data you send to RoLearn.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoLearn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8 through 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, you agree that the competent courts of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least 30 days.
[Counsel note: confirm venue and whether binding arbitration / a class-action waiver should be added based on the final operating entity.]
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect (severability). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Enterprise/SDK Terms and DPA, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoLearn (entire agreement). You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we will provide notice via email or in-app and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
